Job Description: Serve as an expert on applications and provide external & internal clients user support. Participate in requirements analysis for new requests. Collaborate with internal teams to understand the roadmap discussions. Complete software development life cycle. Test the applications for enhancements. After successful test, help in deploying the upgrade version into the Client environment. Complete end-to-end Fixed Income business workflow.


Minimum Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field plus 5 years of progressive experience in an IT Product support role. Experience must include: General Repo system processing and overall Fixed Income knowledge. Technical trading support for financial products. Microsoft .NET Core Framework, SQL Server, Windows operating systems and Windows batch script. Collaborating with external business users to articulate issues and develop solutions and apply business and technical skills to perform root cause analysis. Salary Range: $179,982- $200,000 /yr.
