What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor quality control staff to enhance their skills and performance.
