Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with on-site event operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly during events

• Manage event registration and help attendees with check-in and event materials

• Engage with attendees, providing excellent customer service and answering questions

• Support event vendors and staff to ensure timely delivery of services and materials

• Monitor event logistics on the day of the event, ensuring all aspects are in place

• Assist with event follow-up, including gathering feedback and post-event communication

• Help with event materials setup and breakdown

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
