Job Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Menu Extraction and Translation agent to assist in extracting restaurant menus from various formats (e.g., images, PDFs, online sources) and translating them between English and Lithuanian. The ideal candidate will follow detailed formatting instructions precisely to ensure high-quality output and work during CET hours.

Responsibilities:

• Extract restaurant menus from various sources including images, PDFs, and online pages.
• Translate menu content accurately between English and Lithuanian.
• Format extracted and translated menu items according to specific guidelines and requirements.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in menu item descriptions, prices, and categories.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to avoid errors in translation and formatting.
• Communicate effectively with the project manager to clarify instructions and requirements.
• Use Google Sheets and other relevant software tools proficiently for data entry and formatting.
• Work according to a set schedule in the morning CET time zone.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Lithuanian (both written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Proficiency in using Google Sheets and general computer skills.
• Experience with document and image extraction tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, OCR tools).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in translation between English and Lithuanian will be considered an attribute.
• Basic understanding of HTML and web scraping tools is a plus.

Pay Structure:

• Pay is unit-based, with an effective hourly rate between $5-$7, depending on efficiency and quality.
• Training pay will be provided after the completion of at least two working weeks (15 days).

Note: We are looking for someone who is fluent in both the languages (English<>Lithuania)
