ROLEWe are seeking a trustworthy caregiver that will care for our clients with professionalism and compassion wherever the clients call home. The caregiver will be responsible for implementing our clients’ daily care plan in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with agency policies and industry standards.
 RESPONSIBILITIES●       Provide companionship including social interactions, emotional reassurance and initiate activities that stimulate the mind. ●       Perform/assist with essential shopping/errands●       Transporting or escorting the client to medical and other appointments.●       Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs.●       Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)●       Assist clients with personal care and hygiene●       Implementing the care plan as instructed●       Complete and maintain records of daily activities, observations, and direct hours of service. REQUIREMENTS●       CNA license/ HHA Certificate ●       Valid Driver’s license●       Knowledge of home management skills●       Have reliable transportation●       Have a High School Diploma●       Genuine Desire to help seniors●       Documents needed:            ○       Level 2 Background Check            ○       Social Security Card            ○       Authorization to work in the US (if applicable)            ○       Valid driver's license and car insurance            ○       TB test ( PPD or chest X-Ray) results            ○       Evidence of CPR●       A professional and friendly attitude●       A willingness to work flexible hours, which may include night shifts Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
