What You Will Do:
Pratt & Whitney’s Commercial Serviceable Assets function of our Commercial Aftermarket organization is seeking a dedicated and qualified individual to conduct Facility Management administrative duties in an hourly capacity at our Dallas (TX) Distribution Center (DDC).
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Support 3rd party Operations
Answering phones forwarded to them
Greeting visitors at front desk
Coordinating and scheduling visits in the P&W Visitor Registration System
Providing clerical and administrative support to the Facility/EH&S Manager and other Management staff as directed.
Updating and printing ID badges in the company’s Lenel Facility Access Control system
Scheduling facility repairs and maintenance with 3rd party contractors
Ordering office supplies and performing any other duties that the Facility/EH&S Manager may need assistance with.
Qualifications You Must Have:
High School Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite resources (Presentation, Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, etc)
Experience managing calendar activity for a leadership team
Experienced in the use of SAP, Lenell, Bosch
Qualifications We Prefer:
Excellent customer service skills – demonstrate a professional, positive, and collaborative attitude
Demonstrated experience with executing assigned tasks to meet objectives
Effective communication/presentation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to quickly come up to speed while executing efforts while building strong relationships
Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to communicate well and respond effectively and with good judgment to non-routine requests or situations
OSHA courses a plus but not mandatory
