About the role
OVERVIEW: The Service and Parts Coordinator is responsible for assisting the National Service Project Manager and the Service and Parts team to complete daily tasks, helping to develop and maintain SOPs for Service and Parts processes and procedures, and assisting in training initiatives.
KEY TASKS:
- Complete daily requests from store team members to resolve issues and concerns in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain master and local part records.
- Assist in creating and maintaining national standard service operations.
- Assist in rolling out new procedures and programs to Service and Parts departments.
- Support the National Service and Parts Manager and assist with projects as needed.
- Work directly with Service and Parts team to assist with daily tasks and projects.
- Provide support for training initiatives, including scheduling, and supporting any training meetings or webinars.
- Assist in the development of various resource and training guides for the company, including helping to accumulate information, write and update, as well as coordinate version control of the documents.
- Be a responsive resource for Service and Parts Managers to call for assistance.
- Assist in the planning, developing, and coordinating of Service strategies and plans.
- Be proficient with IT programs such as IDS, Qlik Sense, Riversand, Cognos, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prepare complex reports utilizing advanced Excel skills.
- Use discretion in decision making on matters of significance pertaining to position.
- Other duties as assigned.
