You will drive the S&amp;OP process, ensuring effective collaboration between the commercial team, the finance team, distribution team, and supply planning team. Your focus will be on monitoring and reporting the Unit Fill rate, managing end-to-end demand forecasting for new product launches and promotions, and serving as the first point of contact for supply chain issues.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>The Job (responsibilities):</span></b></p><p><b>Forecasting &amp; Demand Management</b></p><ul><li>Maintain the integrity of the forecasting system for the relevant product divisions.</li><li>Ensure the forecasting system reflects the rolling 12 months sales plan</li><li>Collaborate closely with the commercial team to gather market insights and assess demand trends</li><li>Using S&amp;OP processes, track and pulse supply and demand to ensure inventory + inbound meets demand forecast</li><li>Measure and communicate forecast accuracy</li><li>Chase inventory into the DC and seek all aggressive opportunities for order maintenance</li></ul><p></p><p><b>S&amp;OP Facilitation</b></p><ul><li>Drive and facilitate the S&amp;OP process, ensuring coordination and alignment between the commercial team, finance team, distribution centers, and supply planning team</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Unit Fill Rate Monitoring</b></p><ul><li>Monitor and report the UFR (Unit Fill Rate) to assess fulfilment performance and identify areas for improvement</li><li>Implement strategies to enhance fill rate performance and maintain optimal inventory levels</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Supply Chain Management</b></p><ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for supply chain issues, collaborating with relevant teams to resolve challenges promptly</li><li>Implement proactive measures to mitigate potential disruptions in the supply chain</li><li>Proactively communicate supply shortfalls vs. demand with reasons</li><li>Build supply recovery plan and understand root causes for supply issues</li><li>Proactively assist in all SKU rationalization and E&amp;O reduction</li><li>Challenge our Business Care/Customer Service teams with Sales Order Management</li><li>Proactively collaborate with Central Demand Planning in charge of Run Rate demand</li></ul><p></p><p><b>New Product Launches &amp; Promotions</b></p><ul><li>Manage the forecast for new products by interacting with the sales &amp; marketing teams</li><li>Manage local event gathering process by interacting with the sales and marketing teams</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and availability of products</li></ul><p></p><p><b>System Updates</b></p><ul><li>Maintain and update systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy for inventory and supply chain operations</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Reporting</b></p><ul><li>Weekly: back order report, root causes for E&amp;O report, UFR comments, SO vs FC alignment, stock report for sales teams,…</li><li>Monthly: over &amp; under report, S&amp;OP submission, Forecast consumption report.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>The Person (requirements):</span></b></p><ul><li>Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field</li><li>A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain or related field</li><li>Excellent critical thinking, analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills</li><li>A team player with excellent communication skills at all levels of personnel and management</li><li>Market and sales awareness</li><li>Initiative to think above and beyond the basic requirement</li><li>Basic financial abilities</li><li>Facilitation and Negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to work across organizational boundaries and levels</li><li>Excell
