Course: Personal Brand Management

This course teaches students to develop their own personal brand. Athletes, artists, musicians, entrepreneurs, engineers, teachers and others can use social media to develop their own unique online image. Out-leverage your competition by building a strategy, writing your brand story, creating engaging content, building your community, and managing your personal brand identity.

What You Will Do:

• Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions while incorporating innovative teaching strategies
• Engage students in cutting-edge technologies and industry trends
• Assess student performance and mentor classroom success to prepare them for their chosen career path
• Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University

What You Will Bring:

• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Journalism, Multi-media Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree
• Experience in brand development and reputation management for individuals; Name, Image, Likeness requirements; the design, creation and production of social media, including writing, photography, and video skills on desktop and phone.
