Position Overview 

This role can be based remote in the US or at one of our US locations:

 Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Santa Clara, CA; or Ashburn, VA. in alignment with our flexible work policy. (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible). 

Vantage is seeking a detail oriented and analytical HRIS Analyst to join our People & Culture team. As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day administration and maintenance of our People systems, with a focus on optimizing and supporting our HRIS (Workday). You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of People data, as well as providing technical support and data analysis to help inform our People & Cult strategies and decisions. This role requires a strong understanding of P&C processes, systems, and data management, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 

Essential Job Functions 

Data Management and Reporting: 

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our people data through regular audits, data entry, and data maintenance activities. 

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to support P&C and business objectives. 

• Collaborate with P&C and other departments to analyze data and generate insights that inform decision-making. 

• Assist in the preparation of data for internal and external audits. 

HRIS Maintenance and Support: 

• Administer and maintain the global HRIS (Workday) to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. 

• Provide day-to-day technical support for system users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related problems. 

• Assist with the configuration, testing, and implementation of system updates, and enhancements.
