Position Summary: As the Healthcare Principal Platform Analyst, you will oversee the lifecycle of healthcare platforms, from initial concept through development and deployment. You will also facilitate agile practices ensuring that the development team operates efficiently and effectively.Responsibilities:Platform Management:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and communicate a clear vision for healthcare products, aligning with organizational goals and market needs.
- Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and updates based on stakeholder feedback, market research, and business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including platform manager, platform owners, platform analysts, marketing, field reps and other customer facing teams, and healthcare providers to gather requirements and validate platform features.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and threats, ensuring our platforms meet current and future needs.
- Product Development: Define platform requirements, create user stories, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features.
- Agile Facilitation: Lead Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Ensure that agile processes are followed and continuously improved.
- Team Support: Remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress and foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and managing expectations.
- Process Improvement: Promote agile best practices and identify opportunities for improving the Scrum Process and team effectiveness.
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of success in analyzing complex workflows, designing solutions, and driving process improvement
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) or other healthcare IT systems preferred.
