At the heart of everything we do, they inspire us to grow, raise the bar for our customers and fuel a pet-first business.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans for the Last Mile team.</li><li>Develop comprehensive initiative briefs, coordinate kickoffs, and manage end-to-end delivery of medium-complexity projects.</li><li>Collaborate with key stakeholders (DEM Team, Last Mile Procurement and Quality, Fulfillment, SCM, IT) to align resources and manage trade-offs.</li><li>Monitor project health, proactively manage risks, and ensure initiatives stay on time and within scope.</li><li>Facilitate steering meetings and decision checkpoints, ensuring clear action items and accountability.</li><li>Prepare and present progress updates, performance dashboards, and summary reports for leadership.</li><li>Own strategic, cross-country programs in Last Mile, defining governance structures and success criteria.</li><li>Act as a sparring partner to senior stakeholders on prioritization and strategic decisions.</li><li>Champion a delivery-focused culture by embedding structure, accountability, and collaboration across the organization.</li><li>Analyze and share best practices, continuous improvement opportunities, and lessons learned after initiative completion.</li><li>Mentor junior colleagues in program management methodologies and change management.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of programme or project management experience in e-commerce, logistics, or carrier environments</li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools</li><li>Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder management</li><li>Solid knowledge of Last Mile logistics operations and understanding of cost structures in transport networks</li><li>Proficiency in BI/dashboard tools and experience in preparing executive-level reports</li><li>Very good English skills; additional European languages are a plus</li><li>Willingness to travel and work in international teams, demonstrating cultural sensitivity</li><li>High level of curiosity, self-initiative, and eagerness to learn</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Additional Information:</strong><br/> With more than 1,000 passionate professionals located across 6 European offices, we believe our success comes from working together and leveraging our international strengths.
