We are currently seeking a AWS DevOps Engineer (Onsite Hybrid) to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable DevOps solutions on AWS cloud platforms.
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab, ensuring efficient and reliable deployments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
- Configure, monitor, and optimize application environments for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, infrastructure, product) to support application delivery and operations.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts across application, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines.
- Implement and manage DevOps toolchains, including CI/CD, monitoring, and automation frameworks.
- Ensure system reliability and performance through proactive monitoring and continuous improvements.
- Drive adoption of cloud best practices, DevOps methodologies, and Agile processes across teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members and guide broader engineering teams.
- Maintain documentation and workflows using tools such as Confluence and Jira.
- Support production environments and ensure high availability and incident resolution.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering.
- 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, etc.).
- 5+ years of proven experience in AWS DevOps practices and tooling.
- 5+ years of expertise in building and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred).
- 5+ years of experience with version control systems (Git).
Preferred Skills:
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in automation, scripting, and infrastructure provisioning.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
- Experience supporting production systems and resolving complex issues.
- Experience leading or mentoring small engineering teams.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
- Exposure to multi-cloud environments.
- Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments.

Minimal travel expected.
Degree
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
