Are you passionate about early childhood education and creating a positive, engaging environment for children, families, and teachers? We’re looking for a dedicated and energetic Program Manager to join our team and help lead our childcare community!
As our Program Manager, you will play a key role in supporting teachers, maintaining program quality, and ensuring that our classrooms run smoothly while providing exceptional care and support for the children we serve.
What You’ll Do:
- Support and mentor teaching staff to ensure high-quality classroom environments
- Help implement curriculum and maintain developmentally appropriate practices
- Ensure classrooms meet licensing regulations and company standards
- Assist with classroom management, scheduling, and daily operations
- Build strong relationships with families and maintain open communication
- Support enrollment, transitions, and overall program growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in early childhood education (lead teacher or leadership experience preferred)
- Knowledge of state licensing regulations and ratio requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting teachers and helping children thrive
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced childcare environment
- Minimum of 2 years experience in childcare or early childhood education
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Background check required
