As a Service Line Manager, you are the primary marketing liaison and consultant between senior director and service line leadership team for marketing strategies and tactics across the region. Your work will support activities related to the assessment, development, implementation and monitoring of strategies and tactics to promote new services, programs, product lines, market share, patient visits and overall growth. Based on expert analysis, you will evaluate marketing performance outcomes and recommend changes to optimize competitor position. A caregiver in this position works remotely (Indian River or Martin Area ONLY) from 8:00AM - 5:00PM, with 10% travel time requirements.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Manage marketing functions related to the assigned clinical service line areas, including the development and evaluation of comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Direct the implementation of marketing tactics.
- Utilize clinical business goals, research and market data and apply the results to the process in the development of service line marketing strategies.
- Formulate strategies based on environmental analysis, market research, competitive analysis and operational availability.
- Interface with appropriate departments and divisions to obtain strategic information critical to marketing strategies and tactics.
- Serve as the liaison between clinical, marketing and other related organizational initiatives in the implementation of marketing strategies and objectives, including facilitating and developing a strong relationship between key leaders and marketing division
- Provide information to the service line leadership regarding updates and performance of marketing tactics and plans.
- Develop and monitor annual service line budget linked to key tactics and review budget and reporting with director on a regular basis
- Initiate media relations tactics with the Media Relations/Communications team and provide key information to the department upon request.
- Collaborate with the Communications department to develop communications tactics and act as a service line liaison.
- Work closely in development and execution of advertising campaigns related to the assigned service line.
- Participate in marketing management meetings, task forces and groups.
- Analyze problems related to the perception of patient satisfaction and quality improvement, gather related data, recommend solutions and evaluate results.
- Collaborate with staff to resolve specific satisfaction issues.
- Lead project management for individual service line initiatives involving any of the marketing areas that further supports the overall service line goals and growth.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field and five years of related marketing experience
- In-depth knowledge of marketing research techniques, problem solving, sampling procedures, data collection, analysis, interpretation and presentation
- Thorough understanding of business management, statistics, program evaluation, implementation and analysis
