Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinates project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, interviews, and discovery sessions
Coordinates the status of work, issues, and risks across client and contractor teams. Works to resolve blockers to progress
Key contributor to the development of recommendations and findings, and deliverables
Reviews the performance of all DL resources assigned to the project
Prepares cost and budget estimates to complete the project
Manages subcontractor relationships
Maintains internal PM processes and reporting

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience with US Air Force organizations and operations
Knowledge transitioning from Waterfall to an Agile/DevSecOps environment
Experience working in an AWS Cloud Development environment
Experienced in organizing and leading a team of consultants to deliver recommendations
Excellent executive presence and ability to communicate to senior leaders on the project’s status, issues, and resources needed
Ability to anticipate program issues and blockers and prevent them from happening
The successful candidate must be able to work remotely and be able to travel occasionally as needed
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from accredited institution
Security Clearance Requirements:
US citizenship is required and the ability to obtain a public trust
