Position Overview
The Illinois Department of Public Health is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as the Agency Property Control Coordinator within the Office of Finance and Administration. This position controls, evaluates and maintains the Department of Public Health's Property Control System. This individual will organize, execute and control the Agency's physical inventory for all office equipment, furniture, computers and other property items. This individual is also responsible for organizing, executing and control the Agency's annual physical inventory. This position travels to various IDPH locations. Job Responsibilities
1. Under direction, independently performs duties as the Agency Property Control Coordinator; controls, evaluates, and maintains the Department of Public Health’s Property Control System.
- Revises and implements Property Control policies and procedures for the Department for operational and audit purposes.
