• Position: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

• Location: Roseville, MN (Hybrid)

• Schedule: Monday- Friday (8am-5pm) Full Time / Hybrid

THE POSITION:

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization, from operational managers to executive leadership.

• Design and deliver dashboards and reports for cross-functional teams.

• Provide data-driven recommendations that influence clinical and operational outcomes.

• Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of business data across platforms.

• Lead initiatives to improve data processes, reporting accuracy, and analytical capabilities.

• Collaborate with IT to implement tools and systems that support modern data analysis.

• Identify new methods for data procurement, usage, and visualization.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Analytics, or a related field.

• 6–8 years of experience in Business Intelligence or data analytics.

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (required).

• Proven experience with BI software, data modeling, and data governance.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• 3+ years of experience working with large, complex datasets and enterprise-level data platforms (e.g., SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure Data Lake).

• 3+ years of experience with data governance, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

• Experience in healthcare operations or financial systems is highly desirable, including EMRs, EHRs, or claims and revenue cycle data.

• 2+ years of experience mentoring or coaching junior analysts and leading data-focused cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong background in developing and presenting data visualizations and executive dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.

• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and other healthcare data privacy regulations is a plus.

SALARY RANGE:

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The range for this role is $77,150 to $86,793 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
