The Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for task-based sterile processing activities. This position will support all the facilities in the market as needed.
This role provides direct clinical patient care with Tenet's in-house contingent Pool, Trusted Resource Associates. Work directly with Tenet on a Travel Contract or Local Contract With this in-house assignment you will be part of the contingent workforce pool, yet, a W-2 Tenet employee direct with Tenet’s health system providing you with preferred contracts and contract security.

- Shifts available: one for 11am-7:30pm and one for 11:00pm-7:30am
- Employment Type: Local or Travel Contracts

- Pay: Local contract rate is $48.00 an hour; Travel contract rate $1734.68

Education:
Required: High school diploma or GED. Completion of a formal Sterile Processing Technician course with field training.
Experience:
Preferred: 1 year in sterile processing.
Certifications:
Preferred: Current certification through internationally recognized organizations such as IAHCSMM (International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materials Management) or Certification Board for Central Sterile Processing.
