About the role
Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization—Oracle Health & AI—focused on product development and strategy to modernize and automate healthcare. We are building a next-generation platform designed with a bold, entrepreneurial spirit that fosters creativity, innovation, and engineering excellence. Within Oracle Health & AI, the Agentic Experience team is responsible for designing and delivering a suite of intelligent AI agents that automate workflows in clinical decision-making, patient engagement, and reimbursement operations. These agents integrate large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-agent orchestration, and deep healthcare domain knowledge to transform patient and provider experiences. We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Engineering Manager (M3) to lead a team of engineers and applied scientists building intelligent, production-grade AI agents. You will be responsible for technical execution, team building, roadmap delivery, and cross-functional alignment in this high-growth area. This is a unique opportunity to define and deliver AI-first systems that directly improve healthcare outcomes at scale.
