Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead comprehensive pricing strategies with minimum oversight for large, complex deals—including modeling options, producing deliverables, maintaining accurate pricing catalogs and narratives, and formulating discount and win strategies.
- Oversee all stages of the pricing process, ensuring strict adherence to customer requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Manage the delivery of pricing inputs for proposals in collaboration with Sales, Product, and Professional Services teams.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable, repeatable processes and standardized resources for efficient, consistent pricing operations.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand the business and technical goals of customers and partners and deliver customized pricing solutions that address their needs.
- Lead and support price-related negotiations with customers and internal/external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with finance, product, legal, and contracting teams to develop pricing and discount frameworks that align with customer objectives, market positioning, and company standards.
- Support Finance in P&L modeling to ensure proposals are both profitable for Oracle and competitively priced for customers.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; additional 4 years of relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Superior time management skills
- Previous proven experience in Rfx support
- Previous proven experience working with Federal Agencies
- Security Clearance or the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in IT/Cloud Services
Responsible for engaging with strategic and more complex customers, builds leadership relationships at multiple levels within organizations in order to design and implement solutions. Works directly with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures and translates business needs into solutions. May implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting. Displays product/application understanding through highly customized presentation demonstrations to customers and at conferences and events. Supports customer from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment of services via resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training. Creates and distributes technical assets (white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations). Provides leadership and expertise in the development of new solutions, products, and processes. Maintains expertise by staying current on emerging technologies. Acts as an acknowledged authority for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. Identifies gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer driven features. Maintains expertise by staying current on emerging technologies.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $141,800 to $232,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 70/30.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
