Job Description
Visa is looking for a capable and confident Senior Product Manager who will help drive the team forward to innovate and shape the next generation of payment products. The role is in the Credential Products team which is focused on Visa’s key digital solutions: Visa Token Service (VTS) and Click to Pay. The Senior Product Manager is a highly visible leader who will work closely with global product and technology teams. The ideal candidate is not just a facilitator, but a problem solver who will ensure that desired outcomes are achieved, leading with a strategic and technical mindset.
As a Sr PM, Strategy & Operations on the Token Services Product team at Visa, you will be responsible for executing strategic planning and supporting roadmap prioritization as well as driving reporting and business cadences for a large portfolio of products across Token Services at Visa. Development of product narrative for senior stakeholders is also part of the role’s remit (i.e. why is this product or initiative strategically important for Visa, what is our approach).
The ideal candidate will be able to learn product concepts quickly, frame the problem-statements addressed and value propositions simply. This individual should be a structured, analytical thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in how products are developed and delivered. The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with many people of different levels, be highly organized and able to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support development of product strategy documents that describe use cases, revenue, ROI, and technical requirements. Support preparation of presentation materials for business reviews, management events, and team meetings
- Work with cross-functional partners to develop a cohesive strategic plan across the Token portfolio in alignment with Visa's overall business objectives.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives. Provide regular updates to senior executives on progress and blockers.
- Drive clarity on what is in the product roadmap with clear prioritization and thoughtful delivery strategies. With cross-functional teams, particularly regional leadership, identify and assess new business opportunities and growth areas.
- Be the focal point for gathering requirements from internal Visa teams that require Visa Token Service resources. Orchestrate prioritization and delivery of solutions by identifying and engaging with appropriate stakeholders.
- Utilizing qualitative and quantitative research, influence Visa’s long-term strategy; developing compelling and insightful strategic recommendations to the team.
- Assess financial impact of high priority opportunities and deliverables needed to achieve long term goals.
- Assess and analyze strategic opportunities beyond existing use cases and influence decision making across the organization for short and long-term product roadmaps.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
