What You’ll Work On

• Lead the solution design, development, and maintenance of complex full-stack web and mobile applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using React Native and other technologies, such as Node.js, GraphQL, etc.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and coding standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement new features
• Write both unit and integration tests and develop automation tools for daily tasks
• Challenge ideas and opinions to avoid pitfalls and inefficient solutions
• Debug and troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize performance
• Ensure the applications are secure, scalable, and accessible
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends in web and mobile development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 8+ years of experience with broad exposure to software engineering in various roles.
• 4+ years of specific experience in cross-platform mobile technologies such as React Native.
• Expertise building scalable services using Node.js and Typescript.
• Expertise with native build tools, such as XCode, Gradle, etc.
• Deep understanding of REST and GraphQL API frameworks.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, Appium, etc.
• Strong experience with DevOps, including Git, Jenkins or other CICD tools.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus
• Exposure to public cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS.
• Prior experience leading teams and managing projects are highly desirable.
