Daytime Bartender – Country Club Setting

We’re looking for an experienced, personable bartender to join our team for daytime shifts at Ron Jaworski's Valleybrook Country Club. The bar typically has a relaxed atmosphere during the day, with bursts of activity during peak times. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys providing excellent service, takes initiative, and is comfortable working independently while managing both bar seating and table service (12 barstools and 12 tables total).

Requirements:

• Prior bartending experience (country club, restaurant, or similar)
• Comfortable working solo during slower hours
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain a clean, organized bar

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

1. A thorough understanding of fine and casual dining

2. Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law

3. Possess excellent customer service skills

4. Must be dependable

5. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

6. Working knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor and common drink recipes

7. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills

8. Ability to operate computerized cash register system
