The Oracle Muticloud team is defining the future of databases in the era of cross-cloud and AI. We're looking for a senior product management leader to help set the strategy and product focus for the Multicloud business. This role will work with a broad range of stakeholders across the Multicloud teams, the Oracle database teams, OCI, and our CSP partners to define product direction and ensure high pace execution on product development and go to market.
As a Senior Product Management Leader on the OCI Multicloud team, you will be responsible fuel the success of OCI Multicloud solutions in partnership with industry leaders like AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will own and drive the product strategy that nails our customers' needs and innovates beyond the industry standard. You will work with a diverse set of stakeholders to take products from simple ideas all the way to market. As one of the leaders on the team, you will play a key role in shaping our product strategy & portfolio. You will build and grow a team of PMs who can help you execute on your vision for the business. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the center of Oracle’s Multicloud strategy, driving cross-company and cross-partner collaboration to bring game-changing solutions to market. The role requires a wide range of skills, including critical thinking, strong hiring and leadership skills, a strong sense of ownership, a drive for results, and an understanding of complex, highly technical tools and services in the Cloud.

Responsibilities
- Define the unified product management vision for the Multicloud Database products
- Define the product strategy for Oracle's mutlicloud database offerings
- Provide central product management approaches and ownership to Multicloud team
- Define core messaging and drive GTM for Multicloud business across CSPs
- Collaborate directly with sales on customer feedback and deal acceleration
- Evaluate detailed feature plans and provide insights to executive leadership on those features
- Drive hands on testing and evaluation of performance of Multicloud database products
- Hire and develop a team of PMs focused on these same responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of Product Management experience in the software industry.
- Proven ability to define and shape the business strategy for large product areas.
- Proven track record for shipping entirely new products/services from the ground up.
- Demonstrated technical domain knowledge in System Design of public cloud technologies and/or distributed systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on a public cloud service and in-depth knowledge of IaaS/PaaS industry and competitive capabilities.
- Understanding of key related technologies, such as microservice-based architectures, distributed systems, and Cloud services
- Depth and understanding of the data management technology landscape, including databases
- Experience with cloud storage solutions
- Experience managing complex partner relationships, internally and externally.
- Ability to build, drive, and promote cross-team processes and achieve org-wide impact.
- Strong customer focus. Able to engage, communicate, and manage customer CxO relationships.
- 5+ years management experiences leading PM teams

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $155,600 to $338,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
