Loss Prevention Inventory Specialist

This position will report directly to the Loss Prevention Leadership Team of the Authentication Center. Key areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to reconciliation of inventory, research of “no sku” items, mis-ships disposition, investigation of other exception related issues, and general loss prevention duties assigned by the Loss Prevention Leadership Team.

What You Get To Do Every Day

• Research and resolve discrepancies with inventory while completing reconciliation of missing items (e.g. researching items with no skus and identifying what sku belongs to it)
• Conduct daily sweeps of product aisles to identify & minimize the occurrences of inventory with no skus. Also collecting any merchandise that has missing sku information
• Create detailed logs of all inventory being researched and in the Loss Prevention exemptions process queue
• Investigation of mis-shipped items by identifying where discrepancy occurred through research on the warehouse management system, and utilizing CCTV as needed
• Update inventory with missing or inaccurate information to ensure accurate count of product
• Maintain salvage reports, logs, and other documentation related to inventory
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve exception and operational issues while also coming up with solutions to minimize future operational deficiencies
• Develop and maintain in depth knowledge of exceptions & inventory control
• Assist with general Loss Prevention duties or other exception related issues as assigned or needed

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

• Proficient with the warehouse management system (DIOR) 
• Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel
• Ability to work full-time and overtime when needed
• Experience using CCTV platform to review footage
• Strong communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to bring new ideas to help efficiency of the office
• 2+ years of Loss Prevention or inventory management experience is preferred 

 

The expected hourly rate for this role is $20.00 - $20.50. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
