Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Analyst to join our team, specializing in IP (Intellectual Property) Policy Procedure SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) Workflows documentation. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring clarity, compliance, and efficiency in our IP management practices through meticulous documentation through meticulous documentation and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive SOPs for intellectual property policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate Closely with cross-functional teams including legal, R&D, and business development to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.
  • Analyze existing workflows and processes related to IP management and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of SOPs to reflect changes in regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on SOPs and workflows to ensure consistent adherence and understanding.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on IP policies and procedures, offering insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in [relevant field, e.g., Law, Business Administration, Intellectual Property] or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in documenting SOPs and workflows within a corporate or legal environment, preferably focusing on intellectual property.
  • Strong understanding of IP laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them in a business context.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in document management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint).
