About the role

<p><b>Business manager to the Global Head of Collections/Tribe Lead Collections NL</b></p><p>We are looking for an energetic, creative, and delivery-oriented Business manager to support the Global &amp; local NL head of Collections. Within this role you will work closely together with the NL Tribe Leadership team giving you a good understanding of both the Tribe &amp; Supercircle way of work. Furthermore, this role will provide you broad insight in the global ING organization, as you will also be working closely together with the Global Collections Expert lead and subsequently all the countries functionally reporting to the Global Head of Collections. Therefore, giving you the opportunity to work on a strategic, tactical and operational level both within DBNL as within Global COO.</p><p>Within Collections, we aim to make the difference by being your partner in times of financial difficulty. The objective for Collections is to provide customers with financial problems a sustainable solution for their financial problems, thereby servicing customers and reducing losses for the bank. So if you like to work in an environment with high impact on both our customers but also for ING, this is the place to be!</p><p>As <b>Business Manager </b>your responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>proactively support the NL &amp; Global LT in the performance of day-to-day activities to enable focus, prioritization, effective decision making and results</li><li>Structure and organize the way of work within Collections NL &amp; Global</li><li>Work on the &amp; role out of the renewed strategies of both Collections NL &amp; Global</li><li>The preparation of communications and presentations for various key stakeholders</li><li>Preparation and facilitation of MT meetings, employee gatherings and team offsites</li><li>You proactively signal and suggest areas for improvement in internal processes, consistent with our efforts to simplify and standardise our processes across Collections.</li><li>Actively take on and participate in strategic projects both in NL and at Global level</li></ul><p></p><p><b>About you</b></p><ul><li>You are a strong communicator and fluent in English (written and spoken). Dutch is considered to be a plus.</li><li>You are a hands-on type of person and have a very structured way of working.</li><li>You know how to prepare inspiring presentations, digital communication including webinars/townhalls.</li><li>Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills</li><li>An entrepreneurial &amp; proactive ‘ take it on and make it happen’ mind set</li><li>You are organisational sensitive and capable of creating buy-in and engagement at all levels of the organisation.</li><li>You don’t scare away of challenging the status quo and are eager to propose creative solutions to problems.</li><li>You can take a helicopter view and are able to prioritize tasks.</li></ul><p></p><p>Given the nature of the work and access to confidential and sensitive information, the role is deemed to be ‘sensitive’.
