SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Warehouse Tech works as part of a team operating various machines or essential job functions to move, prep, clean, and or sort material.

EFCO CORPORATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Pass pre-employment tests
• Work in a team environment with the ability to communicate in a concise, polite and    respectful manner

ENVIRONMENT:

• Noise level requires hearing protection
• Seasonal high/low temperatures and humidity
• Elevated heights
• Must be willing and able to comply with all plant safety regulations including wearing appropriate PPE when on the production floor

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Move, prep, clean and or sort material
• Read and understand current tagging system
• Comply with safety, quality, and productivity requirements and procedures
• Regular/dependable attendance required
• Flexibility of work hours including overtime
• Perform age oven duties as assigned and determining profiles to match tags
• Coordinate the oven crew ensuring that they are trained and performing duties to documented processes
• Participates in EFCO's Continuous Improvement efforts by understanding his/her team's performance and actively implementing and supporting process improvements

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to rotate to other positions as needed
• Other duties may be assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Manufacturing experience is preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Lift 70 - 100 pounds; Grip 70 pounds; Pinch 20 pounds; Push 70 pounds; Pull 118 pounds.
