Sr. IT Manager – Data Services & Integration

The Senior IT Manager will lead the strategy, development, and ongoing support of the organization’s data services and integrations. This role ensures seamless data flow across systems, platforms, and departments while overseeing the full software development lifecycle for both new and existing data services. The manager will guide a cross-functional team of business systems analysts, engineers, and QA analysts to deliver scalable, high-quality technical solutions that align with business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of technical data professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to develop data roadmaps, define requirements, and set team priorities.
  • Create and manage agile work plans to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Ensure data consistency, quality, and governance across integrated systems.
  • Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of data pipelines and APIs.
  • Collaborate with IT, business teams, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information for non-technical audiences.
  • Work closely with solution architects to ensure integration solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in data integration, including 2+ years working with an integration platform like MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, Informatica, SnapLogic, etc.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, API-led connectivity, and microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience in one or more roles: developer, architect, business systems analyst, or project manager.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive in testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting integration solutions.
  • Experience managing remote teams, including onshore and offshore resources.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities across development, QA, and BSA roles.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical topics to business stakeholders.
