Senior Regional Manager, Dental Sales Professional- East Coast Region (U.S.)
The Senior Regional Manager (SRM) drives professional recommendation and delivers region sales growth in the dental channel through effective sales team management, coaching, and key account development. This role is responsible for team hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management, as well as developing and executing sales strategies for corporate clients.

- Establish and deliver sales goals and provide ongoing coaching to drive individual and team success.
- Hire, onboard, and develop Territory Business Managers to build a high-performing team.
- Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold organizational values.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 5+ years of sales management experience (preferably in the dental channel, but pharmaceutical or medical sales management is also acceptable) and 10+ years of customer-facing field sales experience.
- You have a consistent pattern of demonstrated success building customer relationships and leading and managing a large team (10+ people) to deliver quantifiable business results.
- You have strong mastery of leveraging technical skills including Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, and SAP ordering systems to drive regional sales growth and operational excellence
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, science, marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $115,000 to $283,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside within the East Region. This generally requires living within commuting distance to major East Coast cities including Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Atlanta and other East Coast locations excluding Florida.
