Athletic Operations and Football Coach

Overview of the Position:

To provide operation and administrative support to the athletic department include game day operations. In addition, this position will provide coaching support and site supervision.  

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Provide coaching support where needed.
• Assist with weekly game prep.
• Spiritual development of positional student-athletes.
• Responsible for all HUDL management for designated athletes.
• Inputs all practice and game film
• Shares all games with coach’s pool
• Sends to HUDL Assist
• Drone Pilot
• Films all practices
• Game film manager
• Football Equipment Manager:
  • Wash all uniforms and put away weekly
  • Hand out all uniforms weekly
  • Manage inventory
  • Manage FB equipment room
  • Manage FB equipment
• Locker room Management
• Football Conditioning Class
  • Assist/Coach with ALL FB Conditioning Classes
• Spring Admin Duties
  • Assist AD with Game Management Responsibilities in Spring
  • Needs to be at all Spring FB Practices
• Recruiting
  • Assist with Signing Days
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• College Degree preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Athletic leadership experience preferred
• Coaching experience preferred and/or collegiate level, or higher, playing experience preferred
• Prestonwood Baptist Church member preferred
