SUMMARY
Primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction within current and future customer base.

Your tasks

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
•Communicate with Account Directors on key aspects of sales act to learn processes, account management, and intricacies of the business overall
•Provide information resources to specific areas of direct customer base
•Perform specific account management activities are required, including but not limited to:
-Creating orders and quotations for new store, rebuilds, remodels or equipment replacement, 
-Attending and/ or supervising key installations
•Maintain constant awareness of customer operational changes as they relate to kitchen design or other restaurant areas.
•Assist in coordinator of communication between Sales, Product Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Accounts Receivable, Production Planning, Program Management and Information Systems on market-related issues
•Extensive travel within the US (>40%) and attendance at meeting/business functions as required to build/maintain customer relationship in the marketplace.
•Other duties as assigned.

• Customer Service-Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This 
includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of 
customer satisfaction.
• Design-Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of technical 
plans, blueprints, drawings, and models. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and 
schedules. 
• Sales and Marketing-Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling 
products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales 
techniques, and sales control systems
Problem Solving/Communication-Ability to ask relevant questions of Customers, Architect’s, 
contractors, Suppliers to problem solve and ensure customer satisfaction. Strong verbal and written 
communication skills.
• Language Skills: Intermediate Skills-Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, 
operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and 
correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Mathematical Skills: Intermediate Skills - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, 
interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply 
concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• Reasoning Ability: High Skills - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete 
variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions 
furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Computer Skills: Word Processing Software, Spreadsheet Software, CAD/Design Software, Internet 
Software - General Knowledge, Project Management Software, Database Software – PBS/OCS, Lotus

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred. 
•3-5 years of prior customer related work experience
•Combination of education and work experience will be considered

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Does not supervise staff
