The Radiology Department at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston, MA, is seeking enthusiastic applicants for a position in the Breast Imaging Radiology Division. The successful candidate will join our department of more than 80 faculty who serve the Medical Center’s main campus and a network of community hospitals and outpatient locations. As a member of Breast Imaging, the candidate will focus his/her efforts at BIDMC in Boston, MA.  Candidates will perform a wide range of breast imaging studies and procedures including screening, diagnostic exams, ultrasound, MRI and needle localization and biopsy.

The Radiology Department will be part of the exciting new clinical collaboration between Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI), Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), and Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (HMFP) to establish New England’s only freestanding adult inpatient cancer hospital. The collaboration will bring together world-class clinicians to deliver transformational, precision medicine in an environment solely dedicated to defying cancer.  This position will be the future primary liaison with the Breast Oncology multi-specialist team at DFCI, once the BIDMC-DFCI collaboration is complete.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• 100% mammography

• Weekday coverage only, no evenings or weekends

• Excellent communications skills a must

Requirements:

• Board certified by the American Board of Radiology or board-eligible

• Licensed or have the ability to be licensed in the state of MA
