The role
This role is all about leading a team to deliver outstanding financial operations, ensuring high-quality services that meet customer needs and comply with legislation, policies, and procedures. As Team Leader EM Operations, it will be your job to effectively manage resources, coordinate operational activities, and foster strong relationships to identify and resolve client concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
A key challenge of this role is maintaining high customer service standards while navigating tight deadlines in a high-volume environment, while leveraging technological improvements to enhance payroll processes and demonstrate proactive leadership to drive continuous improvement and exceptional outcomes.

Key knowledge and experience:

Demonstrated experience working in Expense Management, including the management of Purchase Cards and Travel

Previous people leader experience would be highly regarded
