Job Summary

Responsible for assisting in all areas of ticketing operations, box office operations, and season ticket holder services for Spring Training and the Bradenton Marauders.

Responsibilities:

• Process walk-up ticket sales at the stadium Box Office using ProVenue ticketing system.
• Work the will call, customer service windows, and guest relations booth (Marauders only) on selected games.
• Answer incoming phone calls to the ticket extension and return voicemails.
• Assist with any ticket requests, relocation requests, or customer service issues.
• Assist in the execution of printing and mailing season ticket orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Print and sort will call orders each game.
• Assist in the processing of group ticket orders.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in windows and Microsoft office Minimum one year experience with cash register or cash handling responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience with a ticketing system desired, preferably ProVenue.
