The Boeing Company is looking for an Industrial Security Senior Manager to join the Enterprise Classified Security team in Oklahoma City, OK.    

The senior manager will manage and ensure the flawless execution of classified security programs at the National Industrial Security Program (NISP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Special Access Programs (SAP), and other restricted or proprietary levels and achieve all operational goals.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor employees performing security administration activities to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, conducting security inquiries, overseeing compliance assessments implementation security controls protecting personnel, information and equipment

• Study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company program operations

• Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies

• Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

• Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

• Assist with team members' professional development and growth

• Leading special projects to solve business unit or enterprise issues

• Participate in site leadership (or program leadership) efforts

• Participate on the site trustee core staff team

• Attend site trustee meetings, provide security guidance and information, and coordinate with site leadership on various efforts & events (family day, new facility planning, supporting classified conferences unassociated with local programs, etc.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years
• 5+ years of experience in Industrial Security
• 5+ years of experience in personnel security administration, physical security, communications security and/or other programmatic security-related field
• 5+ years of experience in leading teams and team development
• Ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or Special Access Programs (SAP)
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
• 5+ years of security-related work experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP, and/or SCI
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• 5+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives in the Defense or Aerospace environment
• 5+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customers

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $122,400 - $165,600
