We are passionate about turning data into clear guidance that helps business leaders improve profitability, accelerate growth, and strengthen operational execution.</span></span></p><p><span><span>As a Senior Analyst II, Financial Planning &amp; Analysis, you will play a key role on the Supply Chain Finance team supporting Outbound Delivery. In this high-impact role, you will analyze delivery performance, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide insights across transportation expenses, productivity, cost-to-serve, service performance, and key P&amp;L drivers. You will partner closely with Outbound Delivery, Transportation, Field Operations, and Finance leaders to explain results, identify opportunities, and influence decisions that improve cost, service, and execution.</span></span></p><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><span> </span><span lang="EN-GB"><u>What you’ll be doing</u>:</span></span></p><ul><li><span><span>Lead monthly P&amp;L analysis and reporting for Outbound Delivery, including transportation expenses, delivery labor, carrier costs, fuel, and related cost drivers.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Support annual budgets and monthly forecasts by analyzing shipment volume, route productivity, delivery density, service levels, carrier mix, and operating trends.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Build and deliver financial and operational reporting that measures cost per order, cost per stop, cost per mile, on-time delivery, productivity, and network efficiency.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Prepare monthly business review summaries that clearly communicate variances, risks, opportunities, and actions affecting Outbound Delivery performance.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Analyze delivery optimization initiatives, including route productivity, carrier strategy, network changes, service models, and cost-to-serve opportunities.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Enhance reporting through finance systems, business intelligence tools, automation, and data quality improvements.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Partner with Supply Chain leaders to identify trends, evaluate financial trade-offs, and influence decisions that improve cost, service, productivity, and customer experience.</span></span></li></ul><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><span lang="EN-GB"><u>What you bring to the table</u>:</span></span></p><ul><li><span><span>Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Advanced Excel skills and experience using financial reporting, planning, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar platforms.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work with large data sets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting that help operational leaders make informed decisions.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance partners.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset focused on automation and reporting efficiency.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience supporting transportation, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations is preferred.</span></span></li></ul><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><span lang="EN-GB"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></span></p><p><span><span lang="EN-GB"><u>What’s needed- Basic Qualifications</u>:</span></span></p><ul><li><span><span lang="EN-GB">Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field; equivalent related work experience may be considered.</span></span></li><li><span><span lang="EN-GB">3+ years of progressive finance or related experience.</span></span></li><li><span><span>2+ years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience.</span></span></li><li><span><span>1+ year of Power BI experience.</span></span></li><li><span><span>1+ year of SQL experience</span></span></li></ul><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><span><span> </span><span lang="EN-GB"><u>What’s preferred</u>:</span><span> </span></span></p><ul><li><span><span>MBA or master’s degree in a related field.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience translati
