Job Description
Our program
Our 10‑week paid Summer Internship provides hands‑on exposure to the Capital Markets business while building a strong foundation in financial markets and corporate finance. Interns work alongside experienced professionals, supporting live transactions and client deliverables, while participating in structured training, mentorship, and peer development programming. Successful interns may be considered for entry into the full‑time Capital Markets Development Program upon graduation.
What you’ll do
As a Capital Markets Intern, you may:
Support the origination, structuring, and execution of capital markets transactions across corporate bonds, loans, structured products, and working capital solutions
Assist with preparing client‑facing materials such as pitchbooks, lender presentations, and market updates
Conduct financial and credit analysis, including review of financial statements and comparable transactions
Monitor market conditions and recent transaction activity
Collaborate with product teams, coverage partners, and analysts throughout the deal lifecycle
Assignment may align to one of the following product areas: Investment Grade Debt Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance, Loan Capital Markets, or Structured Credit.

Basic qualifications:
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Econometrics or related fields with a target graduation of December 2027 or spring 2028. Ability to start the internship program in summer 2027.
Preferred qualifications:
GPA of 3.0 or above
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and under time pressure
Intellectual curiosity and attention to detail
