Program Vice President (VP) – Mission Services Programs (MSP)
Join GDIT’s Intelligence and Homeland Security Division and NIS Sector as the Vice President supporting our restricted customer. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to drive mission-critical outcomes across multiple intelligence agencies while leading a diverse mission services portfolio. As the senior executive for this business area, you will be responsible for setting and executing strategic direction that aligns with Division, Sector, and Business Area objectives. You will collaborate closely with our Business Development, Capture, and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) teams and other NIS sector Business Areas to expand GDIT's market presence; while ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent. Your leadership will be critical in driving exceptional performance, meeting customer expectations, and fostering sustained business growth. HOW AN VICE PRESIDENT, PROGRAM WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues above $100M
- Lead and collaborate with MSP growth team resources to achieve the sector's strategic growth and innovation goals, in alignment with the objectives of the NIS Sector and IHS Division.
- Serve as the Business Area (BA) Lead for dynamic mission focused programs portfolio ($100M/yr) overseeing program execution, financial performance, and drive organic growth.
Drive new business growth in strategic break out areas in science, technology and operations.
- Key responsibilities for this Program VP role will include: Implementing and advancing Business Area and Sector strategies and objectives
- Leading complex portfolios and executing strategic and operational plans across multiple programs with diverse technical and mission requirements.
- Fostering continuous innovation and operational improvements to drive growth and enhance technological capabilities.
- Performing financial management with profit and loss responsibility for the Business Area, meeting or exceeding financial targets
- Cultivating strong customer relationships and providing technical oversight of the portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and employee engagement
- Driving business growth – in collaboration with the Sector and Division resources; delivering a strong book-to-bill, re-compete wins, and year-over-year new business growth and territory expansion.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Bachelor's Degree in information technology, business, or a related discipline is required.
- 15 or more years of experience leading programs or portfolios of similar or greater size
- In-depth knowledge of the Geospatial mission and market.
- Ability to coordinate, manage, and supervise the activities related to Business Area operations and strategy.
