Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior Geospatial Analyst (OBI Advanced Analytic Method Augmentation) to support The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) under the Object Based Intelligence and Quality Assurance (OBIQUA) task order. The primary place of performance will be at DIA Facilities across the National Capital Region (NCR). Responsibilities:

This opportunity will support multiple DIA initiatives, including the Machine-Assisted Rapid-Repository System (MARS), Object Management Services (OMS), and Object-Based Intelligence (OBI).

·         The Senior Geospatial Analyst (OBI Advanced Analytic Method Augmentation), Conducts geospatial analysis of objects, networks, and persons using geospatial tools, methodologies, spatial-temporal data, imagery, social and physical sciences.

·         Exploits imagery, vector, and other data types to include non-geospatially correlated data to locate, identify, and map objects in the spatial domain.

·         Provides analysis on, but is not limited to, terrain mapping, route planning, and maritime geospatial activity.

·         Possesses in depth knowledge and experience in conducting geospatial analysis of objects, networks, and persons using geospatial tools, methodologies, spatial-temporal data, imagery, social and physical sciences.

·         Possesses in-depth knowledge of integrating geospatial data into all source products or analytical workflows, and at building and explaining geospatial models that leverage statistics, data science, and appropriate quantitative methods.

·         Analyzes and characterizes spatial-temporal data using GIS such as ArcGIS or QGIS.

·         Serves as the primary POC for geospatial expertise, ensuring tradecraft compliance and analytic standards as it relates to geospatial analysis on the contract.

·         Provides advice on emerging geospatial methods, tools, algorithms, training, or requirements to advance DIA's analytic edge in relation to geospatial analysis.

·         Uses geospatial tools, enterprise capabilities, methodologies, spatial & temporal data, imagery, social and physical sciences to exploit imagery, vector, and other data types - including non-geospatially correlated data to identify and characterize evidence to support all-source analytic assessments.
