Salesforce Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the direction of very large projects with complex components, ensuring integration, coordination, timing and consistency of process throughout the program/project lifecycle.
- Directs risk planning, analysis, response and control on a scheduled basis across all phases of the projects.
- Fully integrates into the customer environment and becomes an expert in their regulated processes. Provides thought leadership to the customer on how to improve those processes to increase efficiency, speed or quality.
- Manages the first line of escalation with the customer with regards to the projects\programs being managed.
- Works closely with Salesforce Marketing Cloud architects and developers to create and maintain project schedules.
- Leads project status, health and issue related conversations with the customer.
Requirements - Expert
- 8+ years’ experience in a project management, program management or scrum master role.
- 2+ years’ experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects.
- Certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, etc) is preferred, but not required.
- Experience in a regulated industry is preferred, but not required.

- 4+ years’ experience in a project management, program management or scrum master role.
- 2+ years’ experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects.
- Certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, etc) is preferred, but not required.
