Assistant Community Manager

Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 239-unit apartment community in Duluth! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience on an apartment community.
• Minimum two years of Assistant Community Manager experience on an apartment community. 
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work one weekend per month, Sunday and Saturday.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

Work Days: Monday – Sunday; one weekend per month.
Work Hours: M-F 8:00 am – 5:30 pm; Sat 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm; Sun 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid GA Driver’s License
