Personal Lines Account Manager

The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for providing exceptional service to our personal lines insurance clients. This role involves managing existing client accounts, building strong relationships, identifying client needs, and working collaboratively with producers to ensure clients have the appropriate coverage. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, and other personal lines products.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and in person.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
• Review client coverage and identify opportunities for additional or updated coverage to meet their evolving needs.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals for existing clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and policy information in the agency management system.
• Collaborate with producers on new business opportunities and cross-selling efforts.
• Assist clients with the claims process, providing guidance and support.
• Stay informed about industry trends, carrier updates, and changes in insurance regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and colleagues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
