Part-time (8 shifts per pay period)

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy, Pharm. D is preferred
• Completion of ASHP accredited residency is preferred
• BPS certification is preferred
• Healthcare CPR
• Current Licensed Pharmacist by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Two (2) years healthcare experience is preferred.

About the Job:

• Reports to Assistant Director of Pharmacy.
• Provides clinical pharmacy services to include therapeutic monitoring, drug regimen, patient education, and medical staff interaction.
• Performs order entry of prescriber's orders.
• Conducts drug utilization review studies.
• Consults with medical practitioners on prescription orders, patient reactions, and errors.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Prepares IV medication.
