ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our team in Doral, FL.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• The Project Manager III plans, executes, and oversees projects, providing strategic guidance and leadership to ensure successful completion

• Assigning the right individuals and resolving team conflicts or challenges

• Support the execution of SCITES 2 projects through managed oversight to meet assigned DoDIN Operations Services projects

• They use project management tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure

• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure that team members perform effectively and contribute to project success

• Oversee risk management, providing guidance in higher-level risk decisionmaking, aligning risk management practices with organizational goals, and overseeing risk management strategies

• Establish communication strategies for stakeholders and senior management, managing relationships with executive-level stakeholders and ensuring strategic stakeholder management

• Perform budget planning, resource allocation, and financial management, and are accountable for ensuring that projects and assigned mission area subsets are completed successfully, on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS in field necessary to assume Project Manager or an additional 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a required bachelor’s degree

• 9+ years of experience with 5+ years of experience within a project management role.

• Experience and proficiency with project management tools and software, such as Jira and Confluence.

• Experience with agile-informed methodologies. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects of varying complexity. Deep understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., PMI, agile, waterfall).

• Expertise in all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
