Your Specific Responsibilities:

 

Perform as the lead analyst in the review of SCOPE compliance audits. Acts as the liaison with the purchasing card groups to resolve any audit findings related to the monthly reconciliation. This position will also provide audit training, as needed.

Request information from purchasing cardholders in response to Department of Financial Services Purchasing Card Administration charge audits and respond to such charge audits in a timely manner.

Assist with monitoring zzzz feedback box for vendor adds.

Completes special projects and performs other related duties and assignments, as required

 

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 

Knowledge, skills and abilities, including utilization of equipment, required for the position: Knowledge of the FLAIR accounting system and state disbursements procedures. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and the use of database software. Incumbent must have a clear understanding of auditing principles and methodology. Incumbent must have excellent customer service skills and able to solve problems using a logical methodical approach.

 

 

Qualifications:

Must be able to use basic math skills to problem solve

Must be able to maintain CHD/Program Office inbox

Must be responsible for the research of vendor and program office inquiries as assigned.

 

Preferred- Experience in the of use TEAMS, Works, Axiom Pro, MFMP(AOD) and Financial Information Systems (FIS).
