In this role, you will provide guidance to agencies in IT decisions supporting business needs and to support the strategic IT direction of the state.   In addition, you will provide consultation to clients on the IT Governance process and to assist agency IT staff in the completion of documentation and in determining solutions.  This position meets with the Enterprise IT staff to ensure services provided by DoIT are aligned with the clients’ business requirements, to discuss specializations, and to determine validity and viability of initiatives. Responsibilities of this position also include reviewing IT/Telecommunications hardware, software and services procurement and performing technology product and services reviews. The successful candidate will have the ability to analyze and interpret complex computer technical specifications and coordinate changes for deployment and implementation. • Oversees and sets direction for the APM, TPM and Architecture Workspace within Service Now and other Architecture tools where needed.
