- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of technical experience in plant or research roles.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Flexibility: Willingness to respond to emergencies and work overtime.
- Initiative: Ability to implement process changes and drive improvements.
