Senior Director, Global Supply Chain

We are looking for an exceptional leader to join our team in the role of Supply Chain Senior Director, Operations Business Leader (OBL) for the Global High Tech and Light Manufacturing Divisions. The objective of this role is to partner with the Business and Supply Chain to deliver Business Results. This includes solving problems by conducting improvement analyses, understanding critical customer needs and business/market drivers, optimizing work processes, and ultimately implementing solutions to deliver growth for the business.
What You Will Do:
- Partner with commercial teams to develop Supply Chain strategy and objectives aligned with short and long- term business sales and OI objectives.
- Provides support and leadership in the Supply Chain space for the Business by assisting the GM in driving projects and strategies that lead to Business results including Growth (Grow to Win), GMI, Supply Chain constraint removal, cost savings, work process improvements and Innovations.
- Develop deep expertise in customer industry, practices, and trends to support growth bets, innovation & sales activation, gross margin improvement and material and manufacturing resilience.
- Lead program wide, cross functional projects globally and regionally that deliver process improvements, service delivery, cost savings opportunities etc. to retain, gain, grow new business.
- Understand internal Supply Chain and RD&E capabilities to drive innovation and offerings.
- Partner with cross functional Supply Chain teams to align on specific deliverables to achieve objectives.
- Partner the Regional Operations Business Lead (OBL) team ensuring commitment of innovation / portfolio priorities and building of relationships with Regional Divisional Leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics or other supply chain related degree
- Minimum 10+ years supply chain and/or manufacturing experience across Plan, Source, Make and Deliver in a TPM environment
- Prior experience driving improvement projects across Safety, Service and Savings
- Prior experience in talent development, organizational design, restructuring, M&A, network design and innovation, aimed at continuously improving overall performance
- Excellent oral and written Executive level communications
